LDO with low power consumption
Our IP can support various Power mode(Idle Mode (10mA load), Normal Mode (120mA load), Power-down Mode (No load)). And also Low Current Consupmtion(Idle Mode: Under 500nA, Normal Mode: Under 50uA including Low-Power BGR, POR).
It can adjust Output voltage within ±20mV using 6bits Resolution Trimming.
